I plug the charger into the car, then into the speed, the bars do 1 full cascade then i turn the gun on and thats were my problem is. When i turn it on the 1 green light blinks witch and it is in firing mode. And i know for fact its not fully charged. But when i turn it off again the bars start to cascade. Is it charging evan though its off and the bars are cascading? How can i solve this?

maybe you have your on/off switch the wrong way around?
1 blinking green light means its not charged. When charged a red light will blink at the op. Even then though its not fully charged, you need to get 8 hours at least of charge into it.
YOur charging plug isn't getting into the board. The one green button you see is showing that the marker is live and ready to be fired. This is all explained in he manual, if you need more info. To make sure it's charging, you should see the lights "cascading" non-stop. The marker has to be on, and the charger in the board for this to happen.
