View Full Version : Fly IR3 and Opti Trigger

I was just wondering if the new Fly's come with the Opti Trigger or the older micro switch. I just purchased a Blue Fly Ir3 and would like to know since i like the feel of the opti trigger. And if anyone knows what board comes in the newer Fly's IE: mem4, mem5, mem6 etc. Thanks again for any input

All newer Flys should have the Opto board in them. Mem4 and above are optos but some of the Mem4s were still old school switches.

There are some MEM3 (and maybe lower?) Flies out there, so you might want to specify the opto trigger if that is what you want.

I have a Fly ir3 blue its mem4 thought for the longest time it was switch ... but it wasnt ....... If you can feel the pull of the switch than it isnt otpo ..

if you just ordered it brand new it should be the MEM6 software

Just received it, it came with the mem6 board and the opti trigger now i have the ultimate collection for myself
2k1 Stock Black Lcd
2k1 Blue Cut and Carved Lcd
IR3 Blue Fly

Also just received the new Powerlyte Scepter
can u say sweeeet

Any hooo just wanted to let everyone know I got it and love it and thanks again for all the input
