Well I got my Speed yesterday and some how the exhuast valve jammed causing air to blow through the breech and barrel. I took it apart and every thing was bone dry. Should I lubricate any of the parts in there? Also the Cup Seal has a nick in it, should I replace that?

If the Cup Seal has something visible, yes you should replace it. The seal should be lubricated, along with the orings on the valve itself, if you took it apart that far. Once you have everything back together, put a couple of drops of oil in the asa, then dry fire a good 30 shots, and wipe off the bolt.
