Guys I have run searches all over to find my answers so I come to you and I need help. I took a shot right in the grip of my IR3 and it was so perfect that I had a ton of paint inside on the board. I am pretty meticulous when it comes t cleaning my Angel and I made the stupid mistake of disconnecting the wires and removing the board.
Not thinking it would change the trigger job, I ran out this weekend and ended up spending more time doing adjustments to the travels and putting a small amount of adjustment in the opto leaf, tried to loosen the two board screws and move the board one way or another, and all the time not getting the results I had.
Now when ever I would get close I would start to get on the trig and it would literally skip. I put some grase on the opto leaf and love juice on the side of the trig but I have spent the last nin hours working on it and cannot get it.
Any help sure would be appreciated

having stated that you removed the wires, I'm going to go with obvious question here.....
Did you plug the wires back into the board correctly?
What I've seen happen is that someone plugs the solenoid wires into the intellifeed port, and then you only get a click on the solenoid to go with whatever your intellifeed settings are, and it almost sounds like that's what you're saying.

Unfortunately I did not do any wire switching. When I rewired it I had the manual open as well.
Any other suggestions?

If you have the firing point on the very edge of the pull, it might not be activating every single time. Worst case scenario is that you have some paint in the opta sensor, and that is giving you your intermittent problems. Not sure how comfortable you are going into the board, I'd recomend taking it to a tech if you have cleaned as much as possible already.

best bet is to take it to a tech............i know for a fact that i could work on my trigger for hours, take it to ron at mo's and he'll have it so much better than what i can do in a matter of 5 minutes

Guys I thank you for the advise and I feel very comfortable working on the board. I will see if I can get it right and if not I will have to ship it out.
How is Mos for a quick turn around times? I have a tourny on the weekend after this and was wondering if I would have it back by then.

being in Wisconsin why not give Eric at AngelParts.com a call, he's a lot closer (Indiana) and he can hook you up real fast.

Alright I will give him a buzz, but a new problem has arised!?!?!
I got the Angel to just haul a** with out the COPS on, mind you I had the sens at 12and the bas at 20. Now when I turn the COPS on it skips and wont fire as fast as with the COPS off.
Is this a settings problem? I mean it shot just killer before with those settings and now I have no clue. I am thinking that just playing with the settings should get me to square one but wanted to know if I will be wasting my time and just play with the COPS off.
