Will this fit in a IR3?

Yes they will. But....those are upgrades for an LED. The iR3 internals are newer than those, so you'd be paying to take a step backwards. If you want low pressure, get a speed. Trying to convert the iR3 to lower psi will give you more headache than what its worth.
Try a search in this forum, there has been quite a bit of discussion on this.

so if I get those, a lpr, and a VA I would have a low pressure IR3?

Those are LCD internals. The iR3 internals are better than the lcd internals. No you would not have a low pressure iR3. You would have a downgraded iR3. Its not a good thing! Bad idea! Bad idea!

Well I searched and learned a lot. but no one ever mentioned those internals. but in a few places it said it operates at around 350 psi and the regulator at around 95. I'm confused.

Say your tank outputs 850 psi. That goes into the minreg, and is broken down to, say 400psi. This is the pressure behind the ball when you shoot. This 400psi also goes to the lpr, where it is broken down to 90-110psi. This is what goes into the 14way and ram, and controls the movement of the bolt.

but isn't 400 psi low pressure?

low pressure guns are usually considered 300psi or less. Some cockers, impulse, shocker, speed, etc.
i'm working mine stock at around 375psi on my max flow...using the minireg as a gas tru...
