I am considering ditching my heavy angel a.i.r. and going with a MacDev '03 conquest. I was wondering how consistent they are? I am looking for the lightest adjustable airsystem I can get, without sacrificing the consistency. Are there better air systems than macdev? Thanks guys.

I am sooooo happy with my 03 Conquest. As light as my Pure Energy preset and it works like a beaut! Pretty kewl-looking too. There is probably much of a muchness on performance between AIR, Conquest and Max-FLo - so the Conquest wins with me 'cos of it's weight.

Conquest is about as light as you can get outside of screw-ins. They work great but there are always going to be varying opinions on which adjustable is "better" just as there are for other paintball items.

260-262-261 over the chrony with my 2k1! I'm getting a 2k3 soon. Mac Dev rocks! My Conquest is also LIGHTER than a PMI screw-in... I know because that's what my wife uses.
