Doesn't the Freak go all the way down to .679?

Freak kit is the way to go. You can use it for any of your markers all you have to do is get different backs to fit the different threads. No worries about paint barrel match.

thanks, between this forum and some reading I bit the bullet and ordered a freak system. Seems like primarily paint fit is the key to "accuracy" and even though I'm a rec player, there are enough different conditions and paint that I'm likely to use that it's actually LESS expensive to get the freak set than keep buying not-quite-ideal barrels.

Sceptor by Powerlyte, it may have a small bore insert that'll fit?
J and J Edge system comes with a .685 along with .688 .690 and .692.

Smart decision, you won't regret it. I bought it when I was a rec player as well.
