Now my IR3 is leaking air between the body of the gun and the reg, new o ring has been replaced. When you hold the gun up to any light source you can see a gap. Is the gap normal or could this be causing the leak... Please help....
Thanks

The same thing happened to me... switched o rings 3 times and tightened the @$#% out of the screws... finally stopped... just don't tighten too tight.

Yep, exactly the same for me. As soon as I filled it with air for the first time that's where the leak was coming from.
Replaced and lubricated both the rubber seals from spares in the box and re-tightened (much tighter than before - but do be careful!) and eventually the hissing stopped.

Same here ..you must make sure you don't messup the o-ring when you are replaceing the manafold screw and make sure its tight!!!

umm it might be the bleed...mine llike bleeds when the imcomming pressure from the tank is really low. for example, everytime i turn my tank on, (since i have to keep skrewing in) it starts at about 150-200 psi and then my reg leaks, but when i bring it up to about 300 psi it stops leaking...i dunno, maybe that'll help
