Damn, bob is the man. So is this the way so u can still run it with the EVo2 batteries. or is this the one to run it off the angel batteries. please let me know.

you probably still need batteries since the angel batteries run at a lower voltage than than the evo

i just called them up...they said still running off evo batteries. the woman i talked wasnt 100% positive tho....she said she wouldask a tech and she would know in about 30 min!

thats a bit pricey....and it says for revy, is there a dif! Isnt there just a relay wire that i can buy from RS or somethin?

dont know. i think you should just get the kit so you would have a rail for ur speed. So you dont have to take it off your ir3 then put it on the speed, and keep doing that. It would be a pain in the butt.

hey peeps....
The REED RELAY - 5 VDC ---->IR3
can you use the same relay for the speed????/
cause I know that the speed doesnt have the same battery as an IR3..........

yes, this thing was tested on a speed. but i dont know if its for an ir3.

ATTENTION: Moderators, will you please sticky the link to TAG or sticky this thread. You know somebody in a few months is going to come through here and ask how to do this. So to save some time, i think it would be a great idea to sticky it.

Yea, i want to know if this is worth my time, or if a y board egg 2 is fine the way it is.

If I had an egg thats working I wouldnt do it.....
cause you will have to cut wires and stuff.....
But im kinda lucky...I have a broken Egg2 board...so this mod is perfect for me...but I dont think it will work...im gonna test it..
I will have to wait 3 weeks for the relay (Radio shack) doesnt have them in stock....
And I cant go to another radio shack cause on this Island where I live we only have 1 radio shack....
So If anybodys wants me to test it and make a review....Just send me one of those RELAYS they only cost $2.69.....:)

i will be testing it very soon. I have to wait to get my intellifeed kit tho. I should be getting it WED some time. I will do the mod this weekend and post ASAP! STICKY STICKY STICKY!!!!

Why wouldnt you do it. It has been done by Tempest621, and TAG. I have seen videos of this mod on speeds (which is what im doing it for) and it works perfectly fine. Supposable it increases the feed rate a little too.

yes....it does increse the feed rate, and it basicly stops chopping. the reson is that the eggy will now spin each time the trigger si pulled, therefore 1 ball is feed for each trigger pull! Compared to te eggy only feeding when the eyes detects no ball(or whenever it does), so it is much faster, hence the reason the TAG factory team uses them on all their speeds!
