View Full Version : Help, cant put Evo2 together again!

hey i just took apart my EVOII and i cant put it together again!!! ahhh! i have all the peices but i cant see how to put the wires in the right way to make them all fit, everytime i try to pice it together the on switch isnt coming out the hole, the wires (3) to the battery door are blocking a way for te peices to slide together..its a disaste, any help would be greatly appreciated.

c'mon!!! you are joking right?

anyways the wires go throuhg the board (via the small gap in the board), on the left side..
Then you should have no problems fitting the battery holder...

just put in the board first and then start with the rest..

the butons wont come out of the plastic...i dont see a gap in the board....

okay, the gap in the board is right next to the switch (check pic). through there you will put your batterie wires.
Then you will have to place the board and the feedneck + rotor, this is a bit tricky and you wish you had 3 hands.

Put the neck together, with the rotor in it. Then put the board on and slide the whole thing in.

Make sure that when you place the board, the neck and the rotor. The feedneck slides in the apropiate 'rail'

If the buttons won't come out, two things:

a. you placed it wrongly.
b. pres the board in a bit further.

still not got enough? take it out and start over again.

after that make sure that the battery holder is put in right (it slides right in). ALso make sure that the wires are not pinched anywhere.

OMG THANKS SO MUCH!!! i finally got my evoII working again! i was afraid it would be in peices forever!

haha, next time i go to the mall ill make some stickers that say Humpty Dumpty... My angel will be a wall, as my egg always falls of my guns
