you can't put 100% N2 into a SCUBA tank for safety purposes, however SCUBA air can be put into your air systems (it's just compressed air, and air is like 76% N2 anyways). However you will also not be able to get more than 3000psi out of the Scuba tank either. And for insurance purposes SCUBA shops are not supposed to fill a SCUBA tank without verifying proper certifications (PADI, SSL etc). I have found some shops in the past that have at least heard of paintball and knowing that is what you are using it for have been willing to fill tanks for non-certified persons, however your SCUBA tank still has to meet all the Hydro and VIP requirements. Just thought I'd give you the heads up on that.

the scuba tank is in hydro and vip tested the visiual is done every year and hydro is every 5 years our local scuba shop fills and test the tanks for us. plus i get at least the first 3 fills at about 2800 psi which last me atl east 2 games going throug 1500 rounds

a SCUBA tank cannot be filled to 4500, they are only reated for 3000psi use

they only fill to 3000 psi and you can play for a hole day on the scuba tank
