Hi,

my new A.I.R is loosing pressure through the safety vent when I adjust the output pressure to ~500 psi. The manual says that this would happen if the pressure is more than 850 psi. What's wrong with my A.I.R ?

possible your gauge is wrong

or you need to replace your safety vent

Hi,

guess the vent is not working correct. Why is this always happening on weekends when the shops are closed? murphys law????

Yo,

need to get one on monday, hope I can use the A.I.R. tomorrow on the field with 500 psi. It's always crap when you buy new stuff and you realise that something is not working correctly :-( disapointing as hell

First off, try giving the allen screw holding the vent plate down a little extra tweak - not too much, just a little. It may be that the screw has loosened over use.

If this doesn't help, you can flip the red disk if it hasn't had this done before, it'll work either way round.

did you take off the tank when you were calibrating it?
