Well, i just slapped a new Chain Trigger on my 2k3 and when i turn it on i'm stuck on the "enter pin" menu. When i enter it (after i set it for the first time) it says "pin" and does nothing. Sometimes theres 6 numbers to enter. It lets me enter them but when i do it just starts over again.

I never entered the pin before then, or screwed with the option in any way.

Now, i don't think i beat the snot outta it when i pushed the pin out of the trigger, and i don't think i screwed up setting the trigger, but i might have done something bad.

Anyone know what might be wrong? Just thought i might ask you guys before i send it off to a tech.

sounds like your trigger is set to close for the new grip....give your trigger some slack, and you should be okay.

Cool, i'll try and fiddle around with it some more. I didn't think i had it set too close but i might have.

I was beginning to think i might have rattled the board too much when i hammered that pin out/in!

Thanks for the help.

you had your trigger set for your old grip frame, things sit differently in the new one......that's why the length of the pull is different (slightly different tolerances)

Oh yeah, i was trying to set it correctly once i put the new trigger in, i knew it was going to be different. i guess i didn't set it right.

Well, i feel like a tool, it was set WAY too close. Now it's set WAY far out.

Thanks for the help!
