Does WDP Loctite the ram when they are assembled? I wanted to pull mine out and it unscrews about 1/4 of an inch then won't go any further.

the same parts are put together with loctite but the ram is not put in the gun using any. if the ram is stuck in the gun you can use the tool that comes with the tool kit to pull it out or you can puch a screwdriver down in the slot under the breech and push it out.

Yeah I was using the tool. To get it all the way out I had to set the tool in the vise and spin the marker around it. I checked for metal shavings or messed up threads but everything was perfect. When I went to put it back in the bastard won't go in all the way. I am guessing it just has some tight tolerances because the same thing happened when I put in the volumizers. I figured I better not mess with it anymore, just gonna take it to the local tech. I don't really like taking my marker in though, techs always give you that, "you've been screwing around with it and now you can't fix, jackass," look. Oh well.

When I take out my ram, the orings tend to give some resistance as they go past the threads. Make sure you properly lubricate them. Dow 33, Extreme Grease...
If the passageway looks clean, then there shouldn't be anything to prevent the ram from going back in place.
Oh yeah, your bolt isn't in, is it?

I used Wdp love juice, the lithium in a syringe grease, I used it kinda sparingly though I'll try packing it on. And No the bolt wasn't in.
