Angels & 12v revyz

I seen this all over the place, at local fields, tourneys and pros...

Why? do so many people use angels with a 12v revy? Y not get a egg or halo.....if u can pay for an angel i think you can dish out the extra 100$ for a decent loader...or is there something else i dont know

Theres no point in shooting 20 bps. The 12 bps that the revi feeds is a fast enough speed and your not wasting paint as quick. Also I heard somewhere on here that its impossible to run through a line of 13 bps, so I bet its pritty damn difficult to run through 12. Halo's and Angels often have problems and I highly dislike the Eggs shape and construction. So thats my reason for not getting a Halo or an Evo.

I chop like a mother with a Halo. My Revvy rocks and I'm perfectly happy with it because, even though it can't feed 20 bps, it's still works for me. Plus it has a lower profile...

yeah i think revyz are perfect hoppers for front players. its a small profile, light, and can hold a lot of paint. its definitely not the fastest loader out there, but if ur playing front...how fast do u think ur really going to shoot at one time??

I run a revvy on my lcd, cause there are to many things on a halo to break, and they dont work wel with only one ball detent.

The evo2 sucks big time! It drains batterys in 2-3 games and they turn them self off when low battery. They also feed slow and are unreliable.

Revvy with x-board and mrof 12 baby!

I may get ace later on, but it`s so damn expencive here. (norway)

12v revys are the best hopper I think. You dont need to shoot anymore than 12bps. If your shooting more than that, you have way to much money to waste. I would just do what Dynasty does, get a 12v revy Xboard, and set your mrof at 11bps, you will never chop. I have a evlution2 but Im looking to trade for a 12v revy with Xboard, or just buy a revy.

yeah that's true...but i've been thinking and if u guys just wanna set ur mrof to like 11-12 and stuff like that...why buy an angel speed? get an electro spyder!! haha.

well to comment on alex's post saying the egg's drain themselves in 2-3 games well i have had the same batteries in my egg2 for about 2 months now playing every weekend so that is untrue

Maybe the people who use revys on their speeds became broke after they bought their speed =P or maybe they dont like to rip as fast as others...its all preference..anywayz...i like the egg II better...

Anyone ever strapped one of those quantom loaders on a speed yet?

My egg works fine, i dno't care about shooting extremely fast.. just caring to rip when i can. I'd outshoot my revvy though ;)

well i got a revy and without even trying i out shoot it, i shoot a line and 5 balls come out and then bam chopped, revy dont load fast enuph for me so tomorrow im going to buy a halo since i just got oney from winning tourney so it all worked out good for me, and what problems to halos have with angels?

hahaha quantum loader? that thing feeds at 8bps...they sell it for 30 bucks...its the least expensive agitated loader...its great for pneumatic spyders but has no place on an angel...

it would be an insult to lace a quantum in the same room as a Speed. Egg 2's when the neck is cut down has the same profile as a revy, holds more balls, balances your marker better, isn't too bad on batteries according to the other guy, and feeds weigh faster and looks better in my opinion. If you have a Speed let it do what its name entitles it to do, put a fast loader on it, and getsome Speed on the trigger. Jeesh Revvies.

I think lots of people shoot revys is because Dynasty does(because of sponcership) and peoplem want be like dyansty cause they think wdp makes them the best pakage

i love my evo II, and the profile thing dont bother me, but yeah, u do need to cut the feed neck down, but so what...

lolspeed9: I dont give a crap about what dynsty shoots. If they got a much better tippman sponsorship and started shooting 98`s, do you think people would sell their angels and play with m98`s?

I use revvy cause it`s a better loader.

I shoot a Revy on my DYE LCD and it works nicely. It has Xboard and Vortex Impellers, and is very nice. If you don't walk the trigger, itll keep up with your gun. If you walk it, you can walk it in 5-6 shot bursts and it'll keep up, but other than that it will chop. Overall I love my Revy.
