If you're going to send someone a PM and you expect a response back.......CLEAN OUT YOUR DAMNED PM BOX!!!!

When I try to reply to a PM, and it gets denied because your PM box is full.....your original PM gets deleted, and any subsequent PM asking me to resend also gets deleted. Why? Because I'm not going to retype it again due to your inability to delete old PM's...You don't realize how much that peeves me when you ask a question, and I take the time to reply to you and type up a response, and then it gets denied......

hmmmmmm perhaps I'll rehash the Pet Peeves thread and put this in there too:angry:

Does this include "inbox", "sent items" and "tracking"...all combined will exceed a specific limit? Great reminder...done...

Gary1......I'm not 100% sure what the limit is on PM's, because I've never gotten to that point.......but there has been numerous occasions where a member has PM'd me, and upon hitting the submit button for my response I get the notice that it won't go because their box is full......tells me you didn't care about my response, so don't expect me to retype it and resend it later either..just my 2cents on that....

Emmit we can always temporarily ban them for their not cleaning up there PM box. Just a suggestion, kinda harsh but it will no doubt get the point across.
Happy day,

Matt...I don't think I've ever had a PM get rejected by my mailbox. I have however gotten some that I send rejected back at me.

maybe the pm box could delete any messages that have been read 2 weeks after reading them. any that someone wants to save can be put in an alternate box. Just an idea.
