Hi everybody,
i know that this question has been post a thousant times,
but wich LPR pressure is the best One ?
Some people talk about 90 psi, other 110 psi, 95 psi and even 75 psi ????
Is seting High pressure LPR ( like 110 psi ) can be BAD for the gun lifetime ?
Thx a lot

I sent an email to Ken Crane regarding this. At the time my LPR was running @ 110 psi and he said that was acceptable. However, at that setting the marker had too much kick for my liking, and i dropped the LPR pressure to 100. I've had great results and no problems.

I would say you can set your LPR as low as 95psi, but no higher than 110psi.

Thx Guys
I think i will test 95 Psi and see what happenned,
my gun is not as much " reactive " as i want it
i'm around 90 Psi at the moment
I guess it's the key of my clue
See ya

i think mine's running around there, if the wdp mini lpr gauge can be trusted(?). getting an average of 270fps over the chrono when my halob isnt force feeding.

then again .. i've only hit the field once and i'm having other issues so i'm probably not the best one to use as a data point.

87 psi for an LCD
95 psi for an IR3

this info is straight from Frazer. Up to you if you want to follow WDP's advice on this.

the LPR should always be between 95-105

set your tank pressure where you want it, then start setting your LPR, then always keep your tank at the same pressure, and your LPR will stay the same

95-100psi all IR3's that i tune here and all shoot great... just set the LPR with a the tank that you will use to it if it is not adjustable....

...otherwise as Emmit said : set your tank pressure (output pressure) where you want it, then start setting your LPR, then always keep your tank at the same pressure, and your LPR will stay the same

...and of course the tank should be quite full when tunning your IR3...

i have an lpr gauge and since i dont have an adjustable tank i cant accurately tell what its at. i use this method to acheive the best(in my opinion) lpr pressure: take out shims and shoot as fast as u possibly can and you will most likely get shootdown.(use the gauge to see if its recharging fast enough during rapid fire) add 1 shim at a time til the shootdown and slow recharge goes away. as soon as its not getting any shootdown, add 1 more shim to be safe. this IMO is the best way to set up your lpr because it will be very effective and not too high.(which could cause excessive kick)
