Well, I put the LP spring in my max flo and now the input pressure to my Speed is at 150psi. I have two very small volumizers (the CP ones) and my gun shoots consistently at about 280fps. I'm wondering how in the hell this works?! Does the mini reg push the pressure "up" in any way or something? Geeze if it's like this with CP volumizers, can't wait to get the dirt's!
Did you just replace the spring or the piston in the max flow?

Just the spring, andf for some wierd reason it won't go above 200 or so psi input! Hard to believe, I know, but true...
You're supposed to replace the piston as well....

I know, but why do that when it works LP like this?
I'm not a smart parts tech, but there's a reason that they made HP and LP Pistons. Most likely for durability and performance.

Ok, anyway, will you answer my question as to how it works like this? How is my speed shooting 280 at 150 or so psi input? It has two tiny lil volumizers!

the piston is probably heavier on the hp setup. How is it preforming, are you getting shoot down...if not don't touch it.

Maybe the gage isn't accurate? Whats your dwell at? If it works, hey great! If it ain't broke, don't fix it!
