I mean c'mon...is it really worth an extra 300 bux just for differnt milling. That is the only differnce i can see beside the nadle/trigger on the back. Maybe if they put volumizers on it and some other stuff like that to make it preform better...but they didnt! I think WS let everyone down on this one!:wowzer:

well they are offering 2 different colors
some additional milling
a snatch grip
a volumizer
anodized trigger
and their Lifetime warranty

is it worth it? That's up to you to decide.

u can buy a one with a life tim warranty for 900...plus 30 for the snatch, dont care about milling/anno and volumizer for 50....alot cheaper. Just hink about it!

depends, shoot a speed, then find someone whos got a demon, or go to an NPPL or major event like that where theyll have one and shoot it, then u decide. The only hard thing to do would be to find one to shoot.

$1200 vs $950

again.......2 colors not offered by WDP (red and pewter)
additional milling

I don't know what these 2 cost them, so I won't wager a guess

Snatch grip $30
Volumizer: you're getting the long one according to Hindean, so that's what another $45-50?
Warped Sportz warrant....usually runs $200 or $150 if you order it through the website and it goes through the HQ.
trigger is anodized black instead of being polished aluminum.

for what Warped is offering, you're really not going to save too much if you bought stock and then tried to get all this done....how much would you spend to get it anodized a different color? I believe even PK Selective is like $180 for 10 pieces. You're going to have to buy the whole set of volumizers to get the long one, and that's supposed to be running around $50 I believe.....if you don't like it, don't buy it, that's your perogative, but certainly don't complain about it

here's where it comes into play....you don't care about the milling or the anodizing........we all know that is the only difference between a Dark and a stock marker. Sounds like you're bitching because Warped followed the same pattern they always have (different milling pattern, and different ano colors) but you're not happy.....sounds like you just wouldn't have been happy with anything other than a stock.....in that case, buy a stock be happy.....the WS versions will still sell like wildfire. I was talking to someone once, and WS moves almost 50 units a week. That's remarkable when you're considering their previous versions have been in the neighborhood of $1500 or more.....seems to me Warped is doing something right.

It is just nicer to have a more rare marker, and the warranty is $150 by itself!!! I think it is worth it, and they just look sick... To some it is not worth it, but to me it was.

the milling doesn't flow as well as a stock, and is ugly. Just add a volumiser, and grips if you want to a stock and your better off.

IMO, no i dont think it is worth it. personally, i am dissappointed with warped this time around. i think they rushed the demon into production and didnt try there best on it.

i think that its totally worth it. warped makes good guns. id pay another 300 for it. The lifetime garuntee is the best. probally even worth more than 150$ too

Personally, I think it's up to the individual who is in the market for a new marker. Myself, I am quite please with the Stock Speed. I would take the WDP Speed over the Demon, since there is not much of a difference. The difference in price is basically the warranty that Warped Sportz has to offer. I think that their service is good, and I am well respected in their store, but I would take the money that I saved and put it towards a Volumizer/Maximizer, and a Freak Back/ with a few inserts. But that's me. I wish everyone the best of luck and hope that they have as much enjoyment using their SPEED as I am. The wording on the box speaks for itself: "Light'em Up'. A true phrase for such a spectacular Marker !

Like it has been said before, it is all a matter of opinion. If you deem the Demon worth it, then by all means get one. If you think that this time Warped did not do a satisfactory job, then keep your stock speed. One more thing tho, please do not hate on the speed, because there are people out there that have one, and do not appreciate it. We are all brothers here at AOG and we can all voice our opinons nicely.

I think that it is worth it by far. If you add it up you will see, and you own an esclusive marker... That alone is worth it...
