savethe pic onto ur hard drive and then select it as ur icon, i think that would work. theres some site where they have like 5,000 smiley icons -you can search goog for it- but i dont want to guess a site, as 50% of internet sites are porn andive been warned once.

Well, for AIM, you can make your own icons, they just have to be smaller than like 7.64 kb or somewhere around there, i actually have a sound byte for an AIM icon, so when you meassage me, you get a loud "phrase". But for graphical icons, you can make them easily yourself.
