Last year there was talk about starting up an AOC team, and there was some interest. I would like to see if there would be any interest in doing that again. Same idea as before, you must shoot an Angel (DUH) and preferably have angel air.
Any Ideas would be appreciated.
Thanks Ultracase

I think it would be a great idea, but hard to put together. Basically, whatever team would be created would have to be heavily sponsored because airfare would be a problem, you'd have 2 practices at least before each major event that you'd need to fly for, and every weekend (i do that anyway) would be spent practicing at your local field pretty much by yourself (luckly i have a team at badlandz every saturday and sunday).
most pro teams do this, 2 practices before major events, in which everyone has to fly up to one location.
if you could pull it together, I could provide sponsorship (paint and air fare). But we'd need some good ballers and some public appeal, because national exposure is great, but when your an asshole while getting that exposure, you might as well stay at home.
Anyway, im assuming this isnt going to happen, but if anyone is interested post away

most of the interest had always been local...people saying they wanted to put together a team for a local event or for 1 event etc.....as far as doing something for a series, yes it would require a large amount of money, World Cup? It's a possibility, but accept that no matter how much talent you have on the field without team work you're not going to be everything you think you will be....it would be nice to get a team of about 9 guys (NPPL 7man) and be able to do something....but I seriously don't see it happening.

we can get like regional teams(more then 1). you know like
angel-owners.comFL, angel-ownersCA, and angel-owners.comNY
it would be hard to have a whole team that lives 100 miles away from eachother. i have like 5-6 people from AOG on my team right now. so if we could get more like that in other areas like california and new york. we could do it. im all for it
just my 2 cents.

i live in chicago, the breeding grounds for ballers (badlandz)
the way i see it, theres two places that make true ballers, SC village and badlandz chicago.
I practice every sat and sunday, been doin that for about 2 years straight, though the first time i picked up a marker and played was 7 years ago, and my first hit left a lil scar on my arm, how cute...
anyway, i need ballers in the chicago area who want to play the whole NPPL or PSP series next year, im going to put this together and if the team is solid, and has good attitude, it'll be a full ride corporate sponsored team, combined with the 10+ paintball sponsors we have right now :)

Texas isn't a bad place for producing big time ballers either   cough cough....
We've actually got quite a few Texans playing NXL, and Addicted (the team that won Am 10man in Vegas) is a pure Texas team..

philly puts out some good players. CT doesn't have many, but luckily all the good ones work or play at my local store/field. They took 3rd at libertys huge tourney last year.

It sounds like a great idea and possibly even a good possibility, but what could make it happen. I'm in if we could make it work, but like others have said it would cost a lot of money and require a lot of sponsors.

There are some good players around KC. PUSH, Axis, and further down in MO Missouri Magic, Shadowmen, ect... For us it is not that much for a fare to Chicago. Around $100 round trip, not too bad. I am sure there are some people from around here that would be interested... But in all actuality I dont see it happening...
Sincerely,
The jabbster

How did Nor Cal get left off the "breeding grounds" list. Check the NPPL and Pan AM scoreboards to see which area has the most teams in the Finals. I bet we are in the mix
anyone wanna start up a team for miami in october?? AIM me at DYEspeedballer
