Today i took off my mini-reg to check it for dirt. I put it back on and gassed the marker up, then air started leaking from the flash tank manifold hole. I don't think the problem is internal because it worked fine before and up until i took off the mini-reg. Please help!!! I have no idea how to fix this.

is it leaking where the flash tank meets the body or where the minireg screws in?
try a couple of drops of oil first (might be dry o-rings) and if that doesn't work try replaceing the o-ring between whichever part is causing the leak (either the minireg o-ring or the o-ring inbetween the body and the flash tank)

Where the flash tank meets the body, and i oiled all the o-rings in the flash tank, minireg, and manifold. (none of them were broken or damaged) I'm also thinking it might be something with the LPR because the bolt doesn't make that clicking noise when i close the breech.

the LPR has nothing to do with the bolt clicking when you close the breech, that is just a properly adjusted Ram, all that is is when the bolt pin drops into the groove on the hammer.
As for what else could be causing that type of leak....other than telling you to make sure that the flash tanks screws are tight, or your mini-reg is working properly I don't know right now

ok, i just took out the lpr piston, and removed 2 shims from the original 4 and the gun is still leaking out of that hole in the flash tank. The lpr o-ring has no damage, and neither do the 3 o-rings in the flash tank and manifold. Also, the gun is basically brand new, less than 3 months old.

thats why you never take apart you gun if it is working fine.

i just got it fixed by my local shop so i'll try to explain what he did. first he put some of the angel grease (xt grease i think) on the lpr piston then he put some on the 3 o-rings in the flash tank manifold and that fixed the leak completely. he aslo said most of the time when it leaks out of that exhaust hole it usually doesn't have anything to with the mini-reg.
