What is the most abusive thing you have done to your Angel??

I threw mine in a pool.

You threw yours in a pool?! WHY?! The most abusive thing I've ever done to my baby is put her under the plane instead of carrying it on, other than that shes been next to me everywhere I go.

at a scenario game once i almost stuck her nose first into the dirt. i tripped over a log or somthing. thankfully she only got a small taste of the ground. that is about the worse that has happened.

Maybe it's a Marine/weapons thing but I've never done anything really bad to mine. I think the worst thing so far is getting it dirty doin' a snake dive. Now revys that's another story!

I got pissed at it when it was shooting down. 3 shots and the next ball wouldn't come out of the barrel. So I unscrewed the barrel and chucked it to the 50.

as for bad things happening? I don't think I've other done anything to it really......I've never thrown any of my markers, something about a projectile pressurized to 4000+ psi on the back of it that I just take care of my gear :dunno:

Siding with acoenfam1 and emmit, your marker is your "life". I have seen it many times (throwning markers) and it really shocks me. Wether it is lack of control or just showing off to the crowd, it is, in itself, is a dangerous act. Now, off the soapbox... The worst that has happened to my Angels is a slightly bent Freak back...i think it happened while falling in a woods game.

I accidentally smacked the stock barrel off of a brick wall. Not watching where i was walking, not used to the long infinity barrel.......

I baby my baby though, so i don't do crap like that any more. It's worth way too much money to be tossing/kicking around. I'd treat my first born worse than my Angel!

eh ive thrown mine on the chair/couch/bed/thing (it is all one thing) in my room..... but half the people that have sat in that thing wont get up(it is extremely soft and comfy) but uhh i chucked my brothers LED quite a few times..... thats why it looks the way it does. he isnt very freindly to her. i feel bad for her

im not proud of this but yes i have treated my gun bad a couple times... once at a tourney i got a ****ty ****ty call and decided to take it by the barrel and chuck it over my sholder has hard as i could then picking it back up by the back and throwing it on my staging table... but mines built like a rock and didnt hurt it....(THIS WAS NOT MY SPEED!!!)

Man, I treat my Eletro markers better than I treat my family, lol. Worse I ever did to a marker is I took one of my old spyders by the barrel, and smashed it on the ground after a bad game...immediatly regertting it, so it made good video footage, lol

The worst thing i have dont is scratched the trigger a tiny bit acidentally with an allen key. I just call it pay back though cause when i first got it it shot me in the finger.

(I went from a mag to a speed and i wasnt so used to the trigger pull)

Well, I figured I'd report the abuse I saw when I played tonight(or last night I guess.) A player was shooting a black dust speed with an eggII and I think an ultralight ultralight. He was the last player in and was shooting the field paint which was absolute crap(dimple-covered and .698 bore) he was very mad from the excessive bore(.698 wtf is that?) causing him to get mad barrel breaks. After he got shot out he screamed some nice profanities and chucked his speed by the barrel like a boomerang through the air at a sup air bunker which caused it to bounce about 6 feet in the air and of course continued to fall into GRAVEL. Then he walked over yelled some more and repeated the process by chucking it at another bunker. Needless to say the noobs freaked out......

Yeah i never let anyone touch my LCD.

My teammate is an Angel Killer. So far he's fried the battery on his C+C LCD twice and he destroyed the board on my friends Dark Angel. We have no clue what he does to them, they just crap out when he's touching them.

He's asked to borrow my Angel a few times, i'm not letting him destroy my Angel though.

I was exagerating, I dive too. I play just as hard as with my cocker, as I do my speed. I am just careful with it when playing rec-ball. In a touney I play balls to the wall, and do what ever it takes to get to my bunker. In parting, here are some wise words a wise man once told me... Take care of your speed...

sometimes me and a few friends/team mates go out onto the field with beatles(like talons), still whoop up on the rec ball players, though it is a little harder to bunker someone with a pump

Quite a bit harder, but it feels so good... I love when I one-shot someone with a pump, it just feels so good too... I enjoy playing with any type of marker that is reliable.

LOL... my friend took apart his angel for no apparent reason and when he screwed in the LCD, the metal peice that the trigger pushes into was bending as he kept trying to screw it in... and also, his tank is at 0 but he filled it up, and it fires like it doesnt have any gas....

I was an Idiot...I thought I had de-gassed my 2K1 LCD angel...apparantly I didnt...moron...Took off the volumizer and the gas spewed Shims and other parts (that I have yet to find...guess I better buy new ones) across the room...My first words after the incident were..."holy S***, that wasnt supposed to happen..":angry: :pissed: :sad: :cry: :embarasse :madd::wall:

This guy buys a brand new speed from Dan...the field owner. Anyways, the guy wants his trigger to be super short. Well, I've thrown my guns many times, once it was thrown a few times because it BLEW up paint, my egg ran outta batts, i finger stroked it, started to rip, and BAM paint everywhere, gun wouldnt shoot (its the famous straight shot squeegy required chop). All in all, paint ended up in front of the hammer, leaked towards my LPR, and was everywhere in the breach, the ball detent even got stuck back with paint. In the middle of a tournament, our last game, we had 540 points, other team had 570, this was 5man, national tournament, and the last game, everything was riding on it. My gun goes down, im the main front guy, i wreck people (when my **** works). So yeah, we lost... it sucked. gun got thrown pretty hard

True, in the first edition of Splat magazine it shows a dynasty paintball player in a pool with a brand new 2002 Dark IR3 with angel air. He got it wet and ruined it and said "I don't care, I get them for free from WDP!"

Alright the worst i have ever done was inside an indoor feild. there was a guy back right corner so i went to go bunker him and after i did i slipped in a sh!tload of goo and dropped my angel in it. I was cleaning it for the next hour or so, i refused to play paintball until she was clean.

Also my friend pulled out my bolt and i got paint all in my ram and everything(Team prank to whoever gets an angel). Did i ever see him on the feild when i got my sh!t cleaned.

At my local feild it was a team practice so i set my gun aside inside the speed ball feild and it got shot and it was set away in the dead pool!!!!!!!!

Last story, i tunned the trigger and messed up :(

ever since shes been treating me not nice, something always goes wrong but its getting better she even has her own pillow now, shes working almost at 100%

My son took out the bolt to clean the angel speed. I took it in the backyard to fire off a couple balls and oops NO BOLT. What a mess. It took me an hour to clean the goo off the angel. Dumb A$$.

The worst thing i every did was I layed my baby down on the hamic outside then ran in side to pick up the phone and brought the phone outside with me and i jumped on the hamic, forgetting I had put the angel down there. That thing went a good 4 feet in the air. Luckly it did a soft landing in the grass. My angel doesn't come out of my room unless i am going out to the field now.

i sanded down my halo slightly, pushed it into the gated feed... it got stuck halfway and would come out or go in so i tapped in in the rest of the way with a hammer. (the feedneck was disconnected) so when i put the feedneck back on i found that i had put the halo on crooked (45 degree angle!!!) so i pulled and tugged and used all sorts of tools... the little holes on the speeds gated feed stretched to about an inch and she lost all her ano... in the end, i couldnt get the halo out, so i put an o ring at the bottom of the feedneck so it cant screw in quite so far :P

Worst thing I ever did to my new Speed was right off the break I was going to run to a diamond at the 50.... WAS is the key word. Not more than two steps in did I bite it barrel first into the ground. Too make matters worse, as I fell I got hit by a paintball in the head.
