I have not yet fallen to the halo, but as a front player, my egg can be cumbersome at times. I don't understand how pros use revvys. I mean sure they feed 14bps, but hey must want a faster yet slim hopper. My question is, if the JVON impellar is narrow enough to put in a revvy, then why don't they do it. If you could take off the bottom part of an egg and put in on a revvy, you would have the ultimate front players hopper.

I think they don't do it because an overwhelming percent of their income comes from the revvy, but I think they could come out with a $80 revvy. so they would have the revvy, the revvy x- board, the force fed revvy y-board, and the egg.

Brass Eagle is a giant company. They can buy up patents and just hold on to them to stop the competition. Why re-invent the wheel when you're still making money on the original design. With the Egg as an answer to the HALO, they are still holding onto their share of the market.

actually they started it with egg 1, back like 5 years ago, the halo just recently was developed

just puting the egg paddles in wouldnt make it force feed.

It seams it would feed faster though, you would have like 6 balls waiting above the stack at all times ready to be pushed right over the stack so they easily drop in.

yeah but you need that special clear insert. the jvon doesnt feed down it feeds to the side.

exactly, the design of eggs is made that way to make it force fed, you cant turn a rev into a force fed hopper because it's designed to be gravity fed

then make the back a lil wider, and just a BIT longer, but keep the basic shell, if there was a rev with egg interals i would buy it in a second!
