If you have a mem 4 board opto what i found was to pull the trigger out of the frame completely. polish the rear sides of the trigger (the part that sticks in the gun frame) with very fine steel wool, this will put a great polish on your trigger. Next look inside the frame itself and see if there a machine burr on the inside of your trigger pivot holes, if there is you'll have to polish this out, i suggest 300 grit sandpaper wrapped around a popsicle stick or something similar, it'll take a while, but it's better than wrecking the gun. After which use some of the fine steel wool to do a final polish.
*CAUTION BE VERY CAREFUL OF STEEL WOOL INSIDE YOUR TRIGGER FRAME IF YOU HAVE NOT REMOVED THE BOARD* small fibers could get inside your opto, cover the board or remove it alltogether.
put a light smear of vaseline on the lever of your opto on the outside where the trigger engages it. if you want you can smear vaseline on the side of the trigger where it contact each side of your trigger frame.

My trigger would stick a little when I pulled it diagonal instead of straight back. The problem was that the back screw on the grip frame needed to be tightened. That fixed it right away.

You can also stretch the trigger spring a little and make it a little firmer. Make sure that everything is nice and clean around the area where the trigger mounts and inside the pin holes. Then add a little lube to the trigger pin.

I had a sticky trigger also for a while. I did a little of all of the sugg. above. I sanded my trigger edges, and around the pivot holes, inside th frame a little, and then rubbed love juice on my fingers and lubed the trigger at the contact points, and the pin. No more stick and it is really quiet too..
