Which Is The Better Barrel, Longbow Kits Or CP Kits???

Recently there has been some debate over whitch barrel kit is better, the Longbow or the CP kit. I am intersted in hearing what you think is better. This will help settle the aurgument, as one will come out with a higher percentage.

The Longbow is not just better than the cp kit, it's better than ANY barrel on the market. Longbows rock! They are some of the best machined and smoothest barrels I have ever used, which is eveything from jt to dye to cp to st!ffis. I love my longbow, balls fall on top of each other from 60 feet away, can't beat that. Who ever says longbows aren't the best has not played with them.

iv said this once and i'll say it again performance wise i dont know what one is better i have never shot a longbow but appearence wise the cp blows it out of the water!

Uhhh, I don't think Jabbster is pissed off, I think he just wants to know the other people's opinions on these forums. I myself am about to buy a 2k3 Conquest...wait for it.... and a Longbow Barrel kit.

GO CONQUEST ALL THE WAY, if u buy an AIR and then feel or use someone elses conquest, you are going to want to kick your self extremely hard. Believe me, I own both, the conquest is WAY better, you will br much happier with it.

I dunno,,, everyone i kno and lots of people on aog say to get AIR, not to mention mo's is like 15minutes away from me... also you have a timmy, so i don't trust you... haha ive shot both a timmy and a speed, and i don't like timmy, but you still have it. lol so maybe i'll like air, and you'll like conquest.

I trust the Captains opinion, he is very wise... He agrees with me, how can he not be??? The conqest beats the AIR in many ways, almost every way. Back to the topic at hand, the longbow is winning!!! This one is for you bacon...... w00t w00t!!! I can't believe I just stooped to that level.... I think I am gonna puke.....

see jabbster is smart ofr trusting me, you should too, if you get an Angel AIR, you are gonna put it on your gun, fell all happy for a few days until you see somone with a KICK ASS conquest on their gun and you are going to see how it works, and then proceed to do this::wall::pissed::pisss::microwave::blasting:

besides, any real baller knows that conquests are better.

to me, if a tank is small, light cosistant, and looks decent it's worth $300

After trying out both the longbow and the cp kits, I prefered the Longbow. But I must say that I still love my Edge... :smiley:

guys, i have some good news for you guys.........

first of all, i dont say w00t w00t, cryptonomicon18 was at my house typing that......

second of all, it looks like im gonna go conquest because i dont feel like shelling out 550 for an air system, now if i can get cheaper from sponsorship then maybe, but right now its lookin conquest......as for longbow, i think its just too ugly, no matter how good it shoots

well, before you make a decision on the barrel, g to a local feild and look around for someone who uses one, ask them If you can take a few shots with it to see how you like it, and they arent that ugly in person.

The CP Pro set has been in use for quite some time now and is commonly seen on the tournament scene and elsewhere. It's a good barrel set and comes in .682, .685, .689, .693 and .696 sizes for most guns. The Titanium (and SS) Longbow set only comes in .684, .687 and .690 sizes for the Angel although .681 and .693 sizes are available for Cockers. This is according to the CP Site (http://www.titaniumpaintball.com/catalog.asp?desc=three). These sizes should be adequate for most situations. Both barrels are well made and will do the job. User preference. :cool:

If you call titanium up you can get the other angel backs. I think some people hit it on the head when they said that is does not look good in pictures. See one in person and you might change your mind.... And bacon, we are all proud of you for making the right decision.... TO GO CONQEST!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had the priveledge of having the roughneck/demonic booth right next to the Titanium paintball's longbow barrel booth. They were doing some crazy stuff all day long with demonstrations of their barrel. They shot all kinds of sand and crud through it. then did it with a boomstick, and the titanium barrel had hardly any noticable damge tothe bore, but the Dye was all messed up. Looked like a stock M98 barrel after what they did. Then they were smashing them on poles and not a dent was to be found, but the other barrels got dents and blemishes

Plus, Demonic Cockers use titanium longbows from my understanding, they shoot wonderfully.
