2K1 DARK ANGEL LCD , BETTER than new! (paid $1,650 in 2001).
It's in PERFECT shape, has always been very well maintained and taken care of; AND, it has an IR3 space frame installed, modified to fit the LCD board.
It's dark green in color with no dings or scratches and comes with the following:
NEW IR3 Space Frame, modified to fit the LCD board with a mouseclick trigger job ($215)
Original 45 Frame
Stock Double Trigger
Dark Dagger Trigger ($35)
New Designz High flow bolt ($50)
Low Pressure internals (?$?)
O-rings and LP shims ($25)
Car Charger
Owners Manual
Original Box
Barrel Plug ($4)
This marker absolutely RIPS, and by adding the high flow bolt, LP internals and removing the LP shims, it operates at an input pressure of just 350 psi. I have pictures viewable at:

This Angel is worth well over $2,000. I'm sacrificing it for $1,300 because I need quick cash! NO TRADES! Cashier's check, money order, or PayPal only. SERIOUS buyers ONLY please email me at sniper6@attbi.com. (I also have this listed locally for sale, so I apologize in advance if it is sold when you contact me).

Where did you get the frame that fits the LCD board??????

The frame doesn't fit the LCD board, but a dremel and some spare time fixed that right up! I shaved some metal off the back, drilled and tapped a screw hole, and voila, IR3 frame w/ LCD board.

Yea, I know it doesn't fit. Did you sand it down? And, what do you mean you tapped a screw hole?

Ok,
The LCD board is slanted at the top so it won't fit into the frame. I cut out some metal in the back of the frame to make the board fit, then I drilled a hole and tapped threads into it (so that I could put the screw into the top of the board so it would stay in place) It's kinda tough to do, you have to get a little imaginative, but in the end it worked fine (the buttons, and charging hole line up and everything)

Just so you know, you can find a new iR3s for that much money, so you might have a bit of a problem selling for that much.
lol. . Just cause it has a space frame dowsn;t make it worth the price of an ir3. Its an lcd. My advice is to sell the frame to wqarped kida for cheep!

Nah,
I won't sell the frame separately, sorry.
The completely stock base model IR3 is $1300. Mine is an LP Dark Angel (with the milling and anodizing, low pressure, new bolt, LP internals, two grip frames, three triggers, original box, owners maual, charger, Oring and LP shim kit and some misc. accesories) all that stuff individually costs over $2000, if more than $700 off isn't good enough here I'll sell it to someone locally or just hang onto it. I love the thing, it's really unique and individual, turns heads everywhere I go. It's not quite LCD, and yet it's different from the IR3. I've already had offers on it online, and if no one online wants it, there's a line of people in town who'd love to get their mits on it for this price, and I've got all the time in the world to sell it. Thanks for the advice though.

Man. Because my Dark is mixed colors. Silver and Pewter. My frame now is pewter and the space frame(pewter) would look sick on my gun. Do you think you can show pics. of the iR3 frame without the board in it so we can see what you have done. A lot of us are trying to figure out to do this. Thanks.

I don't have a digital camera (at the moment), but basically all you have to do is take a rotary tool and cut a chunk of the metal off in the back of the frame (If you're looking at the frame with the grips open you see that it is flat all the way from the bottom to about an inch above the bottons. right there it starts to curve out, you have to cut a groove into the part that curves out because of the slant of the LCD board). From there you just drill a small hole for the screw that holds the board in place, and stick the screw it. If you give me your address, I'll see if can try and get pictures and email 'em to you.

this is a little off topic here but what kind of drop is that and where did you get it?
dr.strangelove

Well,
It's not an actual drop forward, it's a benchmark cradle extension with two nuts used as spacers (so that the Angel AIR would fit). I bought that extension about a year and a half ago though, so I don't know where to find one, or if they even make 'em even more.

Would it spark more interest if I dropped the price to say, $1215 shipped?

So, are you up for selling the frame, or not?
