ok guys forgive me but im an a.i.r. newb, im thinking of buying a angel a.i.r. reg for my tank, will it work on my tank, or do i need some kind of special tank for it, what are some of the common problems with angel a.i.r. tanks. thanks

you can buy just the reg, and then you simply remove the current screw in reg, and put your new AIR reg on the bottle.

That is the cheaper way to get an angel air, and you are getting the same thing. I had a friend do that and it turned out great. Go for it.

i heard that it wunt give me my current shots count cuz im putting it on a crossfire 68/4500 tank. what is the tank mate system?

I don't believe it has anything to do with what tank you have on your system but more of current tank pressure, output pressure, and tank temperature. You would just need to recalibrate it, which should be done every time you adjust your output pressure or refill the tank. The instructions on how to do that are included in the manual, pretty basic actually.

The Tank Mate is a sticker that goes on the tank and has a temperature scale that highlights what the temperature of the tank is. Very similar to the thermometer that you might see on a fish tank.

Go for it dude, it sounds like a good idea. Just do all of us a favor and don't use loc-tite, or any other kind of 'locking' system, on the threads when screwing the reg onto the tank.
