Over the past 6 months or so, I've seen tons of ads for the new shocker, the burn line, maxflow, ect. Maybe they're just trying to build up the hype for thier new products, but I've been waiting for this new max flow to hit stores for a while now and that $500 I've been saving is burning a hole in my pocket. Does anybody have a line on when the new maxy's are supposed to be released?
Also, what do you guys think about SP's new gun, "the nerve"? It's advertised as being comparable IR3's and E-Blade Cockers.

I heard the new maxflows aren't going to be mass produced/released until most of the old stock is gone.

I can tell you, if you do n't want to wait, get an 03 conquest, they are very comprarable, they have better flow, easier on/off, have balanced regulation like max-flos, so you can use a gas thru and they are only around 2 pounds with tank, they are also ultra conaistant, I was doing +/- 2 out of the box at the chrono.

Hmm yeah.... unless they redesign the internals on the maxflow, the conquest and AIR will be just as, if not more (probably more), consistant.

I believ the performance will be the same, it will just be light like conquests and look different (smaller)

If you get the same preformance... why would you downgrade from AIR to a maxxy?

Don't get me wrong, I love my AIR. I got it at a great price, and I've been using it for the past 2 years and I've never had a problem with it. The only thing is it's a 88ci, and I don't like the size and weight of the tank compared to a 45ci or a 68ci. I'm in the process of selling my AIR for around $220, and I just don't know if I'll be able to pull together enough cash for a new AIR, so I figured I'd pick up a maxflow. It seems to me that the new inline maxflows shouldn't be too much more than the current models (considering it's the same reg just smaller), and if they are indeed out of my price range I'm sure that finding an old one at a low price once the new models are out shouldn't be too hard.

Just sell your AIR bottle and buy a new one, or find someone who wants to trade for an 88...

Well the AIR's are dead horse heavy... Get a conquest, they are the best tank out as of right now.

Yeah, I put up a few posts about it for sale or trade in the classifieds forum, but nobody responded. So I turned to the last resort... ebay.
