Do you guys think an IR3 chat room deticated to Angel-Owners is a good idea? There are many forums that have their own IRC chat room, so thats were i got the idea from.

this may be something we look into in the future ... but right now we have to get the site back on its feet and finished.

Did it actually use mIRC? that is the client i use and if we had one that would be sweet... real time chat with everyone.

Well, i think it would be a good idea, since theres usually 4-5 people browsing the board....
We do need a real time chat.

I used to use it when it was up. The idea with the tech chats never took off, I think that was the main killer.
I though that irc was a chat app. Very old style, that you could download stuff. Kinda like an outdated AIM.

IRC is just a fast and lean app, not as fat as the messenger progs we're so used to nowadays. IRC was way back when a 128kb ISDN was a smoking connection.
Yea, irc is old school. I still use it for WAREZ though.
